Chemistry Love (A Post for Jason V.)

The other night I was making dinner and I asked Liam to put placemats on the table for the two of us. He sorted through his and finally settled on his periodic table placemat, but set it on the floor and promptly sat down to examine it. You might think he's just pointing at a random element, but that would be wrong. Liam is pointing to Tungsten, his Daddy's favorite element. I am not sure which part is nerdier--that Liam can point to Wade's favorite element when asked or that Wade has a favorite element. This made me think of our friend Jason of the Chez Valentine blog at the side. I am pretty certain that any little Valentine will also be able to identify their daddy's favorite element. At least then Liam will have a partner in his chemistry love! When next we see you Jason, Liam will have to share his periodic table placemat and perhaps he can learn to find your favorite element too!
